View all the items you want. Use the tabs to refine your search by colour, size, and price.
Click on the picture of the item to see its features, including materials and care instructions, reference number, price, and available colours. Select the item you want and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
At checkout, choose delivery and select your preferred payment method from options: Card, PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or pay in 3 times with Klarna.
Click on "checkout" to complete your purchase and receive an email confirmation.
You can monitor the status of your order in the "My Account" section, and we will also notify you via email whenever there is a change in the status of your order.
Our website offers a wide range of current and cutting-edge fashion, reflecting the latest trends. We make every effort to display the items' features as accurately as possible to match reality.
If an item is currently out of stock, we make every effort to restock it as quickly as possible, but don’t forget that at Vubetti® we work with limited units of each product and quickly renew our ideas, always looking for trends and originality. If restocking is not possible, we will remove the item from the website.
The prices displayed in the shopping basket include the cost of the item. Once you proceed to checkout, you will be able to see any applicable sales taxes, local taxes, and shipping costs.
We add new items to our website every season.
Vubetti.com only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you ever receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, DinersClub, JCB, IN, PayPal, Pay Later, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pay in 3 instalments with Klarna. Please note that we do not accept cash, cheques, or phone orders.
Once your bank authorises the payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the order. However, the amount will not be deducted from your account until the items leave our warehouse for the destination you specified. This means that if, for any reason, we are unable to send any of the items you ordered, there will be no charge for that specific item.
Paying with a bank card at Vubetti.com is secure. We use the encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transmit your card information in encrypted form, ensuring the protection of your data. You can verify the secure connection by checking for the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser during the checkout process.
For credit card transactions, the security code number (CVV2) on the back of the card is required. This information is only visible if you have physical access to the card and will not be saved on our website.

Our orders always arrive with free shipping, both nationally (UK) and internationally (Europe).

UK Shipping: Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

International Shipping to Europe: Orders usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days, with free shipping for all purchases.
We will notify you by email as soon as your order has been processed, and again if we have a tracking number for your order. You can monitor the status of your order from the "My Account" section by clicking on "My Orders" to view the order status and obtain the tracking number.
Preparation for shipping your order (quality control, packaging, documentation, etc.) usually takes 1 to 2 business days. This period is not included in the total shipping time.
