  • c) our Privacy Policy.

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you, and no charges will be applied.

Products are available as long as they are in stock. If we cannot fulfil an order due to unavailability, we will notify you and refund your payment using the same method as the original payment.

 

4. PRICES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

All product prices on the website include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be indicated during the payment process. The total price of your order, including all costs, will be shown before confirming the purchase.

6.2. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Vubetti until full payment has been received. Risk of damage or loss of the product transfers to you upon receipt.

 

7. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

7.1. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the products without providing any reason. To cancel, please contact our customer service at hola@increiblo.com. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

7.2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product:

  2. We will provide a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack the product in its original packaging and send it to the specified return address.

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

 

8. WARRANTY

All products sold on the website are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, negligence, or accidents.

 

9. LIABILITY

Nothing in these T&Cs limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect or business losses.
